Thank you for shopping with Another Way. We hope you enjoy our products and the experience of cooking with them. If you are unhappy with the product in any way please email us at hello@eatanotherway.co.uk and we will try to resolve the issue.

Because our products are perishable food items, please read this policy carefully before purchasing.

1. No Returns or Exchanges

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges once an order has been dispatched or delivered. This policy ensures the safety, quality, and integrity of all food items we provide.

2. Refunds

We only offer refunds or replacements in cases where:

  • The product is faulty, damaged, or incorrectly sent by us; and

  • You notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Please note:

  • We do not issue refunds or replacements for change-of-mind purchases, ordering errors, or where the product has been opened or used.

To report an issue, please contact us at hello@eatanotherway.co.uk with:

  • Your order number,

  • A description of the problem, and

  • Clear photographs of the item(s) and packaging if reporting damaged goods.

Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will issue either a refund to your original payment method or send a replacement product, as appropriate.

3. Your Legal Rights

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or other UK consumer protection laws. You are entitled to a replacement or refund if a product is:

  • Not of satisfactory quality,

  • Not as described, or

  • Not fit for purpose.

4. Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch only. Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellation is no longer possible due to the perishable nature of the goods.
