Sausage Mix Description

64g of plant protein per pack. Classic British flavour. Ready when you are.

This small 175g bag makes a mighty 500g of finished product!

Keep it in the cupboard and just add water, mix, shape and cook. Fry, oven, or air fry - Ready in minutes

Sausages, sausage rolls, pies, meatballs. One mix, endless meals.

Makes up to 8 sausages.

Burger Mix Description

59g of plant protein per pack. Perfectly balanced flavour. Ready when you are.

This small 175g bag makes a mighty 500g of finished product!

Keep it in the cupboard and just add water, mix, shape and cook. Fry, oven, or air fry - ready in minutes.

Burgers, meatballs, tacos, nacho topping. One mix, endless meals.

Bold, savoury flavour, full of umami and subtly smoky - perfectly balanced burgers.

Makes 6–8 smash burger patties or 4–5 traditional patties.

Preparation Instructions

One 175g bag makes 500g of finished mix.

Empty the full bag of dry mix into a bowl, add 325ml of cold water and mix well.

Leave for at least 5 mins to hydrate and mix again. 

Once hydrated the mix can be refrigerated for up to 3 days or even frozen!

Cooking Guidance

Sausage Mix

Form the prepared mix into 6-8 balls then either roll into sausage shapes or flatten into patties.

Add a little oil to a pan on medium heat and fry for about 6-8 mins, depending on size.

Flip patties halfway through cooking or turn sausages every 2 mins until golden on the outside and hot in the middle.

Burger Mix

This mix makes 6-8 smash burger patties or 4-5 traditional patties

Smash Burgers – Form into 6-8 balls. Add a little oil to a pan on a medium heat and place in one of the balls. Press firmly with the back of a spatula to smash the ball into a disc around 0.5cm thin. Cook for 2 mins on either side until the edges are crispy.

Traditional Burgers - Form into 4-5 patties. I recommend
approx 10cm across and 1.5cm thick. If you have time, leave to firm up in the fridge for 30 mins. Add a little oil to a pan on a medium heat and place in the burger patty. Cook for 8-10 mins total turning occasionally
