175g pack (Makes 500g)

Preparation Instructions

One 175g bag makes 500g of finished mix.

Empty the full 175g bag of dry mix into a bowl, add 325ml of cold water and mix well.

Leave for at least 5 mins to hydrate and mix again.

Once hydrated the mix can be refrigerated for up to 3 days or even frozen!

Cooking Guidance

This mix makes 6-8 smash burger patties or 4-5 traditional patties

Smash Burgers – Form into 6-8 balls. Add a little oil to a pan on a medium heat and place in one of the balls. Press firmly with the back of a spatula to smash the ball into a disc around 0.5cm thin. Cook for 2 mins on either side until the edges are crispy.

Traditional Burgers - Form into 4-5 patties. I recommend
approx 10cm across and 1.5cm thick. If you have time, leave to firm up in the fridge for 30 mins. Add a little oil to a pan on a medium heat and place in the burger patty. Cook for 8-10 mins total turning occasionally
